I got to squeeze and kiss and hold and love all over my baby today! I miss her so much. And my amazing, handsome, and loving husband.

Ryan has started this adorable thing where she tilts her head to one side and waits for someone to say “awww.” You guys! It is the cutest thing I have ever seen. Ever.

She is feeling better but still struggling a bit with the separation, so we’re asking for continued prayers in this area.

Chemo Update

I was so worried about this new chemotherapy drug they administered today. It has a high rate of allergy response and other not so great side effects. They pretreated me with Benadryl and steroids, and all went well. Thank you Father!!!

Benadryl usually knocks me out, and today was no exception. Although, I was nodding in and out due to the constant monitoring required and visits from doctors and nurses.

About 30 minutes after the infusion finished PT (Physical Therapy) arrived. I was so tired but knew I would feel better if I got up and got moving. I intended to just walk on the treadmill today, but as soon as I jumped on there I knew I needed to run at least a little.

My next round of chemo is schedule for Tuesday. The same chemotherapy drugs that I received this past Tuesday intravenously. I’ll also be getting a Lumbar Puncture that morning with a dose of chemotherapy into the spinal fluid. Please start praying for this all to go well.

Love ~ E
