My phone buzzed with the all too familiar CCHMC number. As you know, I’ve been waiting for the results from my Bone Marrow Biopsy. You are never truly prepared for the results calls. Never. But, I answered and mustered every ounce of courage I could find. Dr. Bartlett was on the line, and she was calling to give me the best news I’ve had all year.

ZERO LEUKEMIA was found!

ZERO. LEUKEMIA.

It’s moments like this that I’m so thankful for the Holy Spirit. I’m thankful that He turns my tears into words. Thank you, Father God for your goodness.

Thank you for your continued prayers as we still have a long, two year, road ahead of us. But don’t forget to stop and thank God for His faithfulness, and celebrate His goodness and His answer to prayers!
